About Jamie
Jamie is a dancer and certified personal trainer, and her experiences with the dance industry have significantly inspired her training. She approaches her work with positivity and builds on the individual strengths each client brings in.
Jamie believes functional fitness is necessary to promote longevity. She works with you to provide a personalized program based on your goals, while also making sure you have the tools to live a long and healthy life. Additionally, Jamie recently obtained her Women’s Fitness Specialization, which allows her to provide women with comprehensive training during all phases of life.
Although physical fitness is important, Jamie recognizes that our bodies are not just the sum of moving parts. Mind-body awareness allows us to dig deeper and learn what each of us truly wants and needs. Jamie’s wellness philosophy prioritizes the connection between physical and mental health, providing a holistic experience for all clients.
On her days off, Jamie likes to explore the city in search of the best eats each neighborhood has to offer. She is an avid animal lover, and will never say no to petting your dog. Lastly, she has a playlist for any type of mood- but don’t ask her to recite any lyrics, she very rarely gets them right!
