About Chris

I started my lifelong fitness and martial arts journey over 10 years ago when I began assisting then eventually teaching my own kickboxing classes.

I loved training so much, I decided to branch out and become a Certified Personal Trainer and Stretching and Flexibility coach through NASM. One of the things I love about coaching is watching people surpass their own limits and expectations they had set for themselves. Progressing their lifts and weight lifting goals in a safe manor is my main priority. I’m happy to add a boxing or kickboxing element to the workout.

When I’m not at the gym I love to cook for my family, draw, or relax with a good movie which I will most likely suggest to my clients.
